The first step is the contact form (top of every page) — tell us who you are and what you need, and we confirm back the same business day and get you set up. From your account you place orders and upload documents securely, and every order carries its own order number.

When to choose rush vs same-day
- Regular — recipient has a known address and the deadline is more than 7 days out.
- Rush — deadline is within 3–7 days; we begin attempts within 24 hours of order receipt.
- Same-day — order must be placed before 11 AM Pacific; we begin attempts within 4 hours and provide same-day status.
